As we say goodbye to another year and welcome a new one, we hope you’ll celebrate in style.  Perhaps you can toast the new year with a festive beverage in a sparkling Steuben glass.  We hope 2026 will bring you all much peace, joy, and good health!

2026 is almost here! We wanted to remind you to please renew your CSGA membership for next year if you haven’t already done so.  Your dues of $35 for one person, or $55 for a two-person household will keep you as active members through December 31, 2026.  You’ll also receive membership benefits with the Corning Museum of Glass, and of course continue to actively support our Association.  Paper renewal envelopes were mailed out a couple of weeks ago if you prefer that method as a means to continue your membership. It’s also easy to renew by visiting the membership section of the website here.  Please take a moment and renew your membership today!  (And a big thank you to all who have renewed already!)

On January 21, 2026 Jaremos Auction will be offering several pieces from Mark Chamovitz’s glass collection.  The auction also includes rare pieces engraved by master engraver Max Erlacher.  Mark and Max were both long-time members of the Carder Steuben Club / Carder Steuben Glass Association, and we thought our Gazette readers would like to know of the opportunity to perhaps add one of these pieces to their own collections.
