Time flies and Symposium is coming soon. Mark your calendars and make your reservations! The annual Carder Steuben Glass Association Symposium will take place September 19-20, 2025 at the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, New York.
Plus, the CSGA is hosting The Carder Birthday Dinner, an event which hasn’t been held in several years. We’re reimagining it as a fun, festive gathering — not just for longtime collectors, but for anyone who loves Corning, its rich glass history, and connecting with creative, curious people. Think of it as a reunion for glass-loving friends, old and new. This dinner will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the Corning Country Club. The dinner speaker will be Rob Cassetti, former Steuben glass designer and retired Corning Museum of Glass Director. Rob will be presenting Steuben, the World of Tomorrow and the Birth of the Corning Glass Center. It promises to be an enlightening and delightful evening.
As usual we have a great lineup of speakers and activities planned for Symposium; more information on the program is on the website. Symposium speaker highlights will be forthcoming in the future Gazettes.
Please make your reservations early. We have group blocks reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Radisson Hotel Corning. Details and online Symposium registration are on our website here.
