Crackle Glass Correction

Thank you Scott Hansen for the correction that Steuben made Crackle. I have never had one of those pieces and always thought they were just molded to look like crackle. I did not know they had actually been dipped in cold water. Once I started looking I found an example of Steuben crackle made very early around 1914. It was definitely dipped in the cold water and hand blown.

Can anyone tell me what the differences between Crackle and Overshot please?
