The 2017 Carder Steuben Club Symposium is coming, but you already knew that. The dates have been published in each Gazette since last September. The Symposium will start on Thursday, September 14 (starting early evening) and will continue on Friday, September 15 and Saturday, September 16, concluding with our closing banquet and glass auction on Saturday evening.
Mark Chamovitz, our auction chair, has already published the auction information soliciting consignments and donations for the auction (remember – it is a fundraiser for the club) in a previous Gazette. Don’t worry if you missed it. Details can be found on the connection at the bottom. Or, just click the ’17 Auction tab on the left side of the home page of the website (www.cardersteubenclub.org).
Discounted hotel accommodations have also been arranged at the Radisson Hotel and Comfort Inn in Corning and reservations are now being accepted at both places. Complete details can be found at the ’17 Hotel tab on the left side of the home page of the club website (www.cardersteubenclub.org) or by clicking the tab below. Please make special note of the cutoff dates for each hotel. There is no guarantee that rooms or the discounted rates will be available after the cutoff dates so make your reservations early.
The full program brochure and registration form will be published on the club website in early summer and mailed to all members at the same time. Prior to that, specific program presentations will be advertised in the Gazette periodically.
