Let’s Start with the middle shelf of David Chadwick-Brown’s secretary

The 6930 compote, and low candlesticks, share their number with a center bowl, which I do not have to make the set complete. Viewed from the top down, the protruding green leaves show beautifully in the clear spaces between the etched patterns of the compote bowl. It is such an effective display that I’m surprised it was not used more extensively.
