Field Trip

The Symposium started on Thursday afternoon with a field trip to the First Presbyterian Church in Bath, NY. The Church was built in 1877. The interior was redesigned and redecorated by Louis Comfort Tiffany in about 1895 by changing stained glass windows, including a rose window above the pulpit. Mosaics were added in the central niches, the pulpit and the chancel rail. Most impressive are the two large Tiffany acorn lanterns.
