My favorite piece of Carder Steuben. Long story short: purchased a piece of DeVez cameo glass at a yard sale for $50, then traded it for a piece of pastel Tiffany at an Antique show, six months later went to another Antique show, saw this piece under bright lights and immediately fell in love with it. Traded the Tiffany pastel piece and $100 cash for this #6468 amethyst over alabaster 15″ tall stunner. That was is 1986 and it’s still my favorite piece of Carder Steuben!
