This colorless plate is shape 6704 and is engraved in the Brunswick pattern. It is 8.5 inches in diameter.

SYMPOSIUM AUCTION

Members and friends of the Carder Steuben Club contribute Carder Steuben glass, modern Steuben, glass from other manufacturers or glass related items to be auctioned at the Club’s banquet on Saturday, September 21, 2013 in conjunction with the Club’s annual symposium. This auction is a fundraiser for the Club. There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to all items sold.

Items for the auction may be submitted as follows:

1. A donation to the Club – 100% of the proceeds go to the Club; or

2. A consignment with a 10% seller’s fee/ 90% to the consigner. Consignments may be with or without a reserve. Items that do not meet the reserve will be returned to the consignor.

The deadline for submitting items for the auction is September 10. Items may be brought to Corning or mailed to: Mark Chamovitz 436 Serpentine Dr. Pittsburgh, PA 15243.

2013 Carder Steuben Club annual Symposium will be held at The Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, NY from September 19-21, 2013. The festivities will begin with Frederick Carder’s 150th birthday celebration on the evening of September 18.
