Stephen Gleissner, Chief Curator of the Museum and a Club member, is building a collection of pairs of shades so that the Museum will be able to display identically decorated shades both lighted and unlit. If you have any shades in your own collection, you will appreciate both the idea and the effect of light on the shades.

If you have a pair of shades that you would like to donate to the Museum, please contact Stephen Gleissner at gleissner@wichitaartmuseum.org. Donations to the Museum are tax-deductible.
