I am so sorry and I apologize deeply to everyone. Alan had asked me the question by private e-mail. My answer to the question was black lid, black threading only. The rest of my response was part of an ongoing discussion with Alan of an update of the greens. I would never name names intentionally that might in any way put someone on the spot. I should have made it more clear to Alan and it is my fault. This is very unfortunate and I am so sorry names made it to a public forum.
