Alan,
Good day. I was in Corning yesterday and had to go to CMoG so I decided to stop in the Steuben showroom. The staff was very busy as that morning they reduced the price of the remaining inventory down to 50%. I purchased two pieces of the colored Steuben and because I know the staff I asked them how much was left, it turns out very little. Cynda told me the original plan was to sell what they could then send the rest to the NY showroom, only the remaining inventory is essentially gone. The store at CMoG will close its doors for good this Friday, if any of our members want to get glass, especially the colored stuff I suggest they do it now. I do know as of this morning there were less than 20 pieces each of the three pieces made in the Honey or yellow color remaining, I suspect they will run out sometime today or tomorrow.
