David Goldstein of Naples, Florida has been out in the sunshine trying to figure out if his Diving Ladies are Smoke or Rosa in color.

I followed Rande Bly’s recommendation and took one of the Diving Ladies outside and took the attached pictures on a bright, sunny day.

My Lady friend did lighten considerably but kept her basic color tone. The thinner area at the top of her outstretched arms is obviously lighter than the foot but is far from clear.

I will not draw a conclusion as to whether the Lady and her companions are Rosa or Smoke; Elissa and I will continue to enjoy the centerpiece either way.
