Hi Alan: About 15 years ago a friend gave me a piece of “Steuben” ACB,
he couldn’t sell it because it had a small flake. I used it for many years as a planter. Then I decided to do some research on it and found it to be by Loetz. Some pieces we see by Loetz would be signed “Czechoslovakia” as they used that signature for export.
I have also included a photo of the Target pieces made in China and referred to by Bob Mueller.
