Carl Radke and collector Joan Walter. Dick is pretty clear on what he thinks of Radke’s responses:
I certainly concur with the comment regarding an unbelievable admission(by Radke). Wasn’t
that previously preceded by a clear denial ? I can’t imagine anyone being so vague over a matter of such clarity . I like the part that someone brought in a period stopper to have it’s vessel replaced. It’s like me bringing in a tire or a hood ornament to a shop for the purpose of having a car reconstructed.

It certainly must have been a treat to see such a wonderful house and some beautiful glass; that lamp has always been one of my favorites! I must admit that I would like to hear the groups thoughts on collection # 105. (note–not all the pictures are of Steuben–just a representation of what is there to be seen) The glass reminds me of what I used to see in some contemporary small lights from Seattle and southward. I realize the top is DeVilbis……but???
